Having lived in various parts of the country, I've 4 sold houses with several realtors. Feng (JoAnn) Huang was the best person with whom I've worked. She read the market correctly, always explained clearly, and was patient with my questions. She also didn't pressure me about making unnecessary renovations to prepare the house for sale. As an out of town seller, I can say that she also helped me a couple of times by being in the house for workmen. She keeps meticulous records, which was very helpful because we received over 2 dozen offers!
